    Hello Edward,
    Thanks for putting this resource together. I am about to submit my PMP application for the first time and would like to avoid having my application rejected. I will be submitting 3 projects that will put me over the 4500 hours. Could look at the work experience sample I have below. I feel I met all the requirements but I could be wrong.

    Project Experience Summary: Projects completed in Afghanistan: (1/2012-11/16) 4500+ leading and directing project hours.

    FOB F Project (1/12 – 2/13) 13 months

    Objective: This project was the implementation of an enterprise level information technology solution to replace an infrastructure that was no longer DOD compliant at a US Military base in Afghanistan FOB F.

    I was assigned the project manager by my organization to manage the project life cycle. I created the project charter to identify the purpose of the project and what support is needed. I identified and worked with key stakeholders. I led meetings to confirm scope of the project and what are the expectations with the new infrastructure (IN).

    I created the work breakdown structure WBS to ensure the project objectives were accomplished. I created the procurement documents to identify all equipment needed and how to acquire for the project. This project location was in an active war zone so I created a risk response plan to address how work interruptions would affect schedule (PL).

    I acquired and directed a project team of 7 members from 2 of the stakeholder’s organization. I led weekly project meetings with stakeholders to address project management plan updates and change (EX).

    I performed integrated change control to monitor and control the project activities throughout the project life cycle. I performed weekly walkthroughs to ensure quality assurance was within project scope (MC).

    I confirmed the new infrastructure met all project deliverables. I tested the new infrastructure with the stakeholders and confirmed project was DOD compliant. The stakeholder implemented use of the new infrastructure replacing the old. I closed the project (CL).

    My organization and the US Military received a solution that was compliant with all DOD policies and experienced an improved system performance.
