What are the documents for PMI-ACP Exam Requirements?

Where and What information needs to be provided for 2000,1500 hours of project experience and 21 hours of training completion?

During your PMI-ACP® Application, you will actually not be asked to provide any documents or proof for your experience and contact hours claimed in the application form. All you need to do is to fill in the details with accuracy. The correctness of the information is based on trust at that time. Not until your application is selected for a PMI Audit.

In case you are being selected, you will then be asked for the documents to be mailed to PMI’s office:

  • Signed experience verification forms to prove your working experience — these forms are pre-filled with the details you have submitted to PMI on the PMI-ACP® application form, you will need to ask your supervisor or other colleagues who are familiar with your role in the project to sign the form
  • Course certificate and outline for your Agile project management education (Contact Hours)

Actually the chance for being selected for a PMI Audit is relatively small, only around 5 – 15% of the PMI-ACP® Applications are selected by random.

Wish you PMI-ACP® success!
