Is "ITIL v3 Foundation" the same as "ITIL Foundation" at GreyCampus?

I do not want to sign up for the wrong training/exam.

Yes definitely. GreyCampus is providing the training for the latest ITIL® Foundation Exam (the exam authority is only providing the latest version of ITIL® Foundation Exam).

For your information, the most current version of ITIL® is version 3 (v3) with minor updates in 2011. The long form for the most current ITIL® Foundation Certification is “ITIL® 4 Foundation Certification”.
