Possible for Graphic Designers getting PMP Certified?

I am a Graphic Designer, and I want to do PMP Certification. Is it possible? I have 10 years working experience.

Definitely! Graphic Designers can get PMP Certification provided they are involved in actual project management works (i.e. managing design projects from gathering requirements, time, cost and resources management and seeing it through to closure). Graphic design work are usually considered as projects as each job is different from the previous ones. PMI does not require the Aspirants to carry the functional / job title of project manager to be eligible for the PMP Certification. As long as you are tasked with project management responsibilities.

Please know that the time spent on designing and doing artwork is not considered project management work.

Wish you PMP success!
