Note to PMP/PMI Credential Holders: Since Thought Rock is not a P.M.I. Registered Education Provider (R.E.P.), the PDU gained through Thought Rock ITIL® Foundation Online Course can only be logged as Category B PDUs (please note the documentation requirements — provide the registration form, certificate or letter of attendance, and a brochure or course materials (syllabus) outlining the subject matter covered and the qualifications of the instructor/lecturer).

Once purchased, students will have up to 6 months’ time to study and write the ITIL® Foundation Exam. Otherwise, the access period will expire and the students will not be able to view the training materials nor book the ITIL® Foundation Exam (or pay the extension fee of US$50 for another 30 days’ access).
