As we all know, the PMBOK® Guide is very comprehensive but it is also a dry read, the Passing Your ITIL® Foundation Exam: 2011 (Best Management Practice) 3rd Edition is also known to be quite heavy on knowledge. On the other hand, the ITIL® Foundation Exam Study Guide by Liz Gallacher includes a lot of examples and supplementary knowledge and includes materials that are required for the ITIL® Foundation level only. I recommend the ITIL® Foundation Exam Study Guide by Liz Gallacher as it is an easy and interesting read which has helped me to pass the ITIL® Foundation Exam with confidence.
