If you mean the ITIL Foundation Certification, yes, many aspirants can complete the course and pass the exam within 2 weeks.
However, for the PMP Exam, aspirants will normally take around 2 months to pass the exam. But I know someone can pass with only 2 weeks’ study.

Yes, PRINCE 2 is a bit more difficult than ITIL but you can surely pass the Foundation Certification Exam within 2 weeks. For your info, the PMP Exam is of similar level with the ITIL/PRINCE2 Intermediate.

I was researching about what refresh courses or certifications I should take to get back on Project Management Field, I have a BS Computer Science and did an excellent job with my Final Project in college about OPM3 (this was in Brasil and I graduated em 2005), I was working with the Government, then I met my husband online and there u go – I came to USA and put my career on hold for long painful 10yrs. However with an outdated resume my chances of being hired anywhere are very slim, much less within a project management team.

– 35 Contact Hours of project management education (you can gain the “Contact Hours” through online courses on PMP Exam preparation which is most cost effective)
– 4,500 Hours of Project Management Experience from the last 8 years (perhaps this may be a bit tricky for you, you may try to think about any project management experience including volunteering OR you may try to find jobs as a project coordinator or project expeditor in order to earn the project management experience)
